ALBERT
Intergenerational cooperation
Creating an intergenerational manual or how to (not) work with generations

ASSIGNMENT
Albert approached us with the aim of helping his managers better understand intergenerational cooperation and communication in teams, specifically with a focus on Generation Z – with a perspective that is unique to us. They wanted to create a tool that would not just stay in a drawer, but would really help managers in their daily practice. Practical, visual, understandable and usable across generations. At the same time, we were looking for a form that would not just remain at the output, but could start a larger debate about leadership and intergenerational cooperation across the entire company.
SOLUTION
We entered the company environment and took the time to truly understand what managers in the field are passionate about. We listened, analyzed the situation and together identified key topics that drive the daily functioning of teams. Based on them, during the sprint, we created a practical Intergenerational Manual or how to (not) work with generations for managers. In language that is fun. With real examples from the research week. We also supplemented it with visual graphics, QR tips and interactive elements.
VALUATION
Albert won third place in the Diversity Charter in the category of Company Open to All Generations. The award also reflects our collaboration on a project focused on intergenerational understanding.
