Innovation for businesses through the eyes of Gen Z

At GenZ Sprint Lab, we focus on testing and creating ideas that are based on the insights of Generation Z.

We help companies find effective solutions through agile methods such as Scrum, Sprint or Design Thinking in a short time and with a clear result.

Thanks to the diversity of our team, we are able to deliver more comprehensive solutions and outputs that connect different perspectives.

What we offer

Let's pull together!

01

Assignment definition

Every project starts with understanding. Together with you, we will clarify the goals, context and expectations. We need to understand not only what needs to be done, but above all why. Based on this, we will then create a clear task and a progress plan that will guide us through the entire process from the first step to the final output.

Everyone knows where we are heading and why it makes sense.

02

Research week

Before we propose any solution, we need to understand how it really works for you. During Research Week, we dive right into your company. We talk to people and observe processes, we soak up the atmosphere. We are interested in what is holding you back and what is driving you forward. We also examine the target group, competition and current trends. We use interviews, questionnaires, analyses and field observations. We are not only looking for data, but mainly for meaning, connections and stories.

We have a real picture of the company. We see what is happening inside and outside.

03

Sprint week

When we are clear about the task and the reality of the company, it is time for intensive creation. During the Sprint week, we design a specific solution that responds to the identified problems, needs and opportunities. We draw, test, debug. The Sprint week ends with a functional design that is proven in practice and ready for development or implementation. We have made a concrete shift that was not created just for presentation, but for a real solution to the problem.

We have a proven solution in hand and we know how to continue working with it.

04

Presentation

We will present the proposed solution and show how it came about. We will explain what we proposed, why it was designed this way, and what it means for you. We will have a joint dialogue, answer questions, and provide context.

We understand the solution and it makes sense to us.

05

Implementation

We help put solutions into practice.

We are there when new processes are set up, habits are changed, or communication is initiated. We strive to ensure that nothing essential is lost and that the outputs start working.

The solution is really being implemented, it doesn't just stay in a drawer.
