Intergenerational cooperation
Creating an intergenerational manual or how to (not) work with generations

ASSIGNMENT
CEZ Group approached us with the aim of improving a part of the career website www.kdejinde.cz, specifically the “Students and Graduates” section. They wanted to know how Generation Z perceives this page and what can be done to make it truly interesting for young people who are just entering the job market.
SOLUTION
Before we started designing, we spent a week of intensive research. During the research week, we analyzed the current state of the website, examined the competition, and the language that companies use when communicating with students. We also prepared the GenZ Starter Pack, which served as a starting framework: who is Generation Z, what mechanisms work for them, how do they think, and what motivates them.
This was followed by a sprint, during which we created specific design proposals. We focused on simplifying the structure, making the information more clearly laid out, using language that was tailored to the style of Generation Z, and designing visual elements that the target group perceives as trustworthy and understandable. The output also included a series of recommendations on how to communicate the section across other channels.
